City of Villains Incarnae salvage

I have found two little aides in gaining incarnate power. I have sat in queue for hours waiting for an incarnate trail. I have only done 4 so far. So I do mission after mission to gain shards with the difficulty set to the highest I can do without getting wiped every two seconds. This has got me to where I am now.
In doing this I have learned that the 1st mission of “Who will die” will once a week give you 10 incarnate threads and 1 astral merit for 14 threads a week. This mission can be done solo. I have also learned that you can use the Van Guard crafting table to turn 150 vanguard merits into Gria Matter. This can be used or turned into one incarnate shard. This can be done every 18 hrs.
If anyone has come across any other way to gain incarnate salvage solo please let me know.
